Job Description PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure the company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy.
Ensures staffing requirements are met.
Support recruitment efforts by posting open positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and processing pre-employment activities (e.g., reference checks, background screening and drug screening).
Generate New Hire Notice.
Conduct orientation and onboarding process for new hires (e.g., employee badge, completion of all new hire documentation, provide IEM gear and facility tour).
Create and maintain job requisition reporting.
Work with recruiting agencies when needed.
Assist the human resources team with daily activities as required.
Backup coverage for receptionist during lunch break as needed.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
