The Position:
Our company is seeking a rare “high achiever” to fill a key analyst and marketing support role. The Business Development Analyst (BDA) will provide organizational support to the Business Development Team and assist them in meeting company objectives. The BDA will ensure accurate and reliable data is centrally housed within the Company's CRM platform. This data will be used to drive business decisions and ultimately enhance our customer's experience with our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure and maintain data integrity of the CRM software * Audit CRM data daily and follow up with applicable team members
Effectively pursue the collection of pertinent information from the internal team to ensure data integrity is maintained
Through CRM data analysis:
Provide accurate reports to executives, management, and sales team that measure key performance metrics
Identify potential new client and referral sources
Develop existing client accounts, expanding the range of services they purchase
Develop and maintain targeted marketing campaigns
Maintain contact database
Budgeting and expenditure analysis:
Ensure timely and accurate entry of all sales team expenses
Validate that expenses are associated with specific COl’s to develop a client ROI
Prepare ROI reports for all sales and marketing representatives by contact and referral type
Support all divisions within the company to solicit exemplary online reviews
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Local knowledge and relationships in one or more market segments are preferred
Highly competitive, positive, eager to improve, and results-driven
Proficient with Google Suite products and able to learn our software applications including Salesforce and Restoration Manager
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Our brand-new offices are located at 14101 East Otero Avenue, Englewood, CO 80112, and 1828 N Higley Road, Mesa, AZ 85205. Our franchise territories include Denver West, Cherry Creek, Aurora, Littleton, Castle Rock, and Parker in Colorado and Tempe and Mesa in Arizona.
