Our Real Estate Team is growing tremendously and seeking highly motivated Inside Sales/Business Development Team Members! You must have the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, set strongly qualified appointments, and hit revenue targets. Pay is hourly plus weekly bonuses and commission bonuses. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and an intricate part of their home buying experience. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers, and an integral part of the entire team process. Our Inside Sales Team prospect for and acquire new clients from various lead sources provided by our team. Based out of our South Jordan office, every day you'll pitch our unique Home Buyer Program to new and experienced home buyers and sellers. As you prospect, manage leads, and set appointments you'll obtain critical information from the buyers/sellers and schedule qualified appointments with our Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. Responsibilities: • Dedicated prospecting for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Communicate daily with our listing and buying specialists • Set and meet sales goals and objectives • Use our CRM system to communicate with leads efficiently and effectively • Understanding the needs of the lead and identifying sales opportunities • Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Primary duties include outbound calling, text and e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents • Maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Qualifications: • Have extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Self-motivated • Has excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal • This position is not a remote position • Must live in Utah and be able to come to our South Jordan office every day • Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License Preferred but not required • At least 1-2 years of sales or business development experience • Customer service experience • 1-2 years of real estate-related experience About Company: Zander Team is an exceptional Real Estate company.
