We are looking for one Customer Relationship Management Coordinator to add to our all-star team! We are searching for a driven, goal-oriented, high achiever who excels when working with like-minded peers. No real estate experience is necessary, however prior sales, customer service, and/or customer relationship management (CRM) experience are helpful.
The primary duties of this position will be maintaining our extensive lead database, ensuring agents are following up accordingly, and that all leads are following the 'Laws of the Pipeline'. Other responsibilities may include: making outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate selling opportunities for our buyer and seller specialists, creating marketing email and texting campaigns, maintaining referral source websites, answering inbound calls, qualifying leads, and directing them to the agents who are scheduled to receive leads. Coordinating with agents on the team.

The position is full-time in our office located in Sun Prairie, WI.

Maintain and manage the team’s CRM lead database
Process leads correctly
Learn, memorize, and deliver call scripts
Cultivate client relationships
Consistent prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing of buyer and seller leads
Be able to respond to various situations and responses from prospects with grace
Display a drive to achieve individual and company goals
Answer phones for the team, direct calls to correct agents
Create marketing email & text campaigns
Streamline and improve processes
Help keep Realtors Organized
You have a high school diploma
You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You have prior experience interacting with managing a database(s)
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation to succeed
Must be local and able to be in the office Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (Slight Flex with hours)
