WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're growing fast and are seeking a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead effective marketing campaigns and initiatives for e-commerce and B2B accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, execution, and measurement of all inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts. Overall digital marketing strategy will include finding ways to acquire, engage, re-engage, and retain customers across a variety of paid media channels. This role requires a proven track record in leading and evolving digital strategies, driving audience engagements across the buying journey, being data insight focused, and having agility in optimization.

Analyze and optimize channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets; present results to marketing leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative to align marketing ad campaigns with product launches.
Manage marketing budget and spend, continually monitoring and optimizing based on campaign performance.
Ensure brand messaging and brand voice is consistent and impactful.
Manage brand websites and optimize user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Experience scaling a business within a start-up environment.
5+ years digital marketing experience.
Experience with SEO and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Adwords and Facebook Ad Manager.
Experience with CMS including HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
Previously managed a team.
This position will be required to work on-site in our Dublin, OH, office.
