Roles & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ability to develop and grow new brands.
  • Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base among key retailers across the usa.
  • Organize and manage multiple executional and trade management programs.
  • Partner with retail partners to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations effectively.
  • Lead internal team communication on distributor developments and updates.
  • Lay out the strategic vision and framework for a successful foodservice and convenience organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent is preferred.
  • 10+ years of cpg sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling big brands into the dried foods space of the retail world.
  • Previous experience as a sales leader or sales executive.
  • Ability to lead, communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and c-level.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products within the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience using ms office programs (excel, word, and outlook).
  • High comfort-level in a fast-paced environment.
