Our customers select the recipes they would like to cook on our website or through the app. At our fulfillment centers in New Jersey, Texas and California, we build their individual meal kits with all the recipes and ingredients our customers need. The final product gets conveniently delivered directly from our fulfillment center to their doorstep.

Grow with us and join our Logistics team as a Dispatch Logistics Coordinator, where you will actively take part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of service so our customers receive the best ingredients and have a delightful cooking experience! In this role you will:
What you’ll do:
Optimize and streamline outbound processes and introduce best practices in warehousing & shipping.
Send updates and adjust schedules that best reflect the operational changes that may occur within the fulfillment centers.
Schedule and secure local and direct ship line hauls for fulfillment centers across our carrier networks.
Responsible for processing all driver paper.
Weekly meeting with Fulfillment Centers to discuss weekly operations.
Update daily the outbound log.
Quality check daily outbound shipments.
Liaise between the logistics team and the fulfillment centers.
Assist Logistics Manager, Freight in special projects.
Requirements
College/university degree with focus on Engineering, Business, Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred
2+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in the food/beverage/perishable industry with general knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, warehousing and transportation
Previous experience with cost reduction initiatives and eliminating quality issues
High proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suite
Effective communication and coordinating skills
Highly self-motivated with strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills
Able to work independently and use critical thinking to solve problems and find solutions as needed
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
