As one of our Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. You will also be providing exceptional customer service via phone and email for customer inquiries related to tuition program payments, policies, processes and systems. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.
The Employee Services Coordinator opening is based remotely and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
What you will be doing:
Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.
Answer incoming phone and email requests for assistance and questions concerning the tuition reimbursement process.
What we hope you will bring to this role:
A minimum 2 years of customer service.
Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred.
High level of computer proficiency is essential.
Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
This position requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours (EST), Monday through Friday.
