Title: GHC – HomeSafe – Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

By the end of 2023, HomeSafe will be the single global household goods movement manager for The U.S. Armed Forces, Department of Defense civilians, and their families. USTRANSCOM awarded the Global Household Goods (GHC) contract to HomeSafe. HomeSafe started the 9 month Transition on March 4, 2022. HomeSafe will begin customer focused Household Goods operations phase-in on December 4, 2022. HomeSafe is seeking skilled employees with a passion for improving the Department of Defense customer's household goods moving experience.


  • Generate accurate invoices with appropriate documentation per the terms of the GHC contract and our agreement with MoveHQ and Daycos
  • Submit invoices electronically using appropriate system.
  • Collaborate with Daycos and US Bank .
  • Solve problems of various complexity following established policies, practices and procedures.
  • Provide assistance as required to the entire AR team.
  • Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Ability to concisely communicate orally, in writing and electronically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience working in Federal Government Contracting environment is desired
  • Ability to adapt to changes in responsibilities as the needs of the company change and grow
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed to cover department responsibilities
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Direct experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or Deltek T&E software
