We are looking for a talented Global Employer Brand Marketing Communications Digital Sr. Specialist to join our Corporate Branding team, based out of Indianapolis, IN. (Hybrid)
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support Global Talent Acquisition with Employer Brand and recruitment marketing content creation for social media, the Cummins Careers website, Candidate Relationship Manager, and additional Talent Acquisition technologies with candidate facing communications.
- Build, contribute, lead and execute strategic communications planning (marketing promotional plan/communications plan) while leading tactical execution of marketing and/or communications of those plans.
- Write, edit, and create content and strategic messaging and adhering to relevant style guide in learning, complying with, representing, and championing the Cummins brand
- Compiles, analyzes, and utilizes metrics, data, and analytics
- Lead functional training, create and deliver presentations, together with event preparation and execution
- Manage, support, and maintain budget/financials.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following: - College, university, or equivalent degree in in communications, marketing, or a related subject required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent/relevant work experience,
- Demonstrated experience and understanding in digital/social media tools, trends, and channels in a B2B dynamic.
- Experience developing and optimizing content for Candidate Relationship Manager along with Content Management Systems
