Human Resource Assistant – Bi-lingual Spanish & English

Coordinating the creation of employee badges
Assisting with the new hire orientations, preparing term packets
Processing invoices for the department (including obtaining approvals and PO numbers)
Maintaining department’s compliance with federal and state regulations (I-9’s, legal postings, record retention, etc.)
This person will also assist team members periodically with data entry and special projects, including preparation of presentations, reports, etc.
Will work with agencies to coordinate candidate interviews as well as manage background checks for conversions

What makes you a bestseller?
High School diploma required, BS/BA preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal
Experience working in a Human Resources environment may be helpful
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management and multi-tasking skills in order to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
