Job Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a 6-month contract position with a financial services client located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will require 1-2 days onsite and the remainder of the workweek can be remote.


  • Qualified candidates will be part of a call center environment.
  • Will be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to portal requests, and any other responsibilities assigned.
Requirements: * 2+ years of HR coordination experience is desired or would consider a recent college graduate.
  • Previous call center experiences preferred.
  • This role is a hybrid model with most days being WFH, and the rest on site in the downtown Pittsburgh office.
  • Looking for strong customer service and phone skills, experience with high-paced environments, and the ability to multitask.
