CAL is seeking an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Intermediate Designer / Architect with 5-7 years previous experience on dynamic large scale international projects to join our studio based in New York City. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in all project phases and fluid in computational design tools such as Grasshopper and other Parametric software. This person is a critical thinker, independently driven, collaborative in spirit, curious to learn, and open to adapting to meet project goals and is ambitious. The ideal candidate should have experience leading fast paced design efforts and has experience in international work.
Qualification Requirements:
Professional Degree in Architecture
5-7 years of professional experience
Experience on large scale buildings / cultural / hospitality / infrastructure projects
Experience in all phases from Concept Design through to Construction Administration
Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc)
Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Licensure is a plus but not required
