Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, competent, timely and cost-effective service on all Client Technology equipment and operating system. Responsible for the supervision of the Client Technology team.

Detailed responsibilities:

  • Supervises daily operations of team of engineers and analyst in daily operations, time and attendance, orienting, evaluating, development and education initiatives. works closely with department manager to monitors the team's adherence to department procedures, standards, and policies.
  • Identifies areas for improvement, develops improvement programs and monitors the implementation to increase process efficiency.
  • Collaborates with leadership within the department and organization ensuring proper project management, reporting, and standards are followed, serving as lead for assigned duties or projects.
  • Supports and provides expertise to the team as it relates to administration of complex environment, trouble shooting, and problem identification, resolution.
  • Oversees the installation and configuration of complex systems and equipment according to business needs and objectives from management. Ability to serve as Project lead for assigned duties.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with IT Management and customers and vendors.
  • Manages infrastructure, applications, for our clients, providing installations, upgrades, patches to provide the organization with up-to-date capabilities.
  • Monitors departmental contracts, and vendor relations to facilitate effective and efficient utilization of services, and resources.
  • Ensures all documentation is maintained and knowledge base is updated for support staff.
  • Oversees the coding of individual modules and complex functions, as well as aspects of data conversion necessary for operations.
