Currently hiring for:

IT Specialist Level 1: FT day shift including on call weekend rotations

Job Summary:

  • Required Education - Certificate or associate degree required in Computers or related field
  • Optional Certifications - Comptia A+
  • Other required skills - The ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communication. Demonstrate patience and understanding when working with individuals with wide level of computer skills knowledge.
The Information Technology Specialist job will include but not be limited to performing the following tasks:
  • This individual will handle the daily recurring tasks such as,
  • account creations\deletion\and modifications
  • New hire enrollee orientation
  • phone adds\changes\moves
  • low level work orders
*This individual will assist with maintaining company owned hardware and software. * Assist in any preventive maintenance work
  • Provide assistance to the IT team in any projects as needed or assigned to them by the IT Manager.
  • Working with residents by providing them limited assistance with:
  • WIFI Connective issues
  • Phone troubleshooting
  • Future support for residents at our independent Living facility
  • Future tasks to be determined.
