We are hiring an IT Support Supervisor. The IT Support Supervisor administers, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves issues within the IT environments, including hardware and software related components. Supports users and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Maintains remote access to network services for users and other sites. Supervises Support Team staff while they complete repairs and installations, providing training to new recruits, scrutinizing existing processes, writing reports, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks.

  • Active Directory – Provides Active Directory management, maintenance, and support.
  • Supervise Support Specialist Team – Manage team schedules, training, tasks, while providing escalated support for technical issues
  • Remote Services and Access
  • Ensure that remote access services are functional, provide users with assistance to configure and deploy remote access.
  • Maintains, monitors, and administers users, systems, and remote access Worldwide.
  • Assist sales reps with connectivity, application support, and remote assistance.
  • Network Application Support - Supports the users and application environments, including Windows and Apple Operating Systems.
  • Department Support – Support planned/unplanned moves of users/departments IT equipment.
  • General
  • Submitting information for purchases and budgets.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Provide secondary support and assistance within the IT department.
  • Create and maintain documentation and desktop instructions for all routinely performed tasks.
Experience/ Education:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in the following:
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Network design, configuration, troubleshooting and performance tuning
  • End user support
  • Major desktop applications, network monitoring tools (OTS and open source), Windows and Apple iOS/MacOS operating environments; knowledge of equipment associated with duties is required.
  • Microsoft Systems Administration
  • Skills or Certifications:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Disaster Recovery / Planning and Testing
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Ability to speak and read English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
