Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responding to and resolving technology issues reported by clients and alerting systems.
  • Following procedures for diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Work on projects individually or as a team.
  • Maintaining records of work performed and client documentation.
  • Able to install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Familiar with basic network hardware.
  • Familiar with microsoft office products.

  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Able to travel to client sites as required and transport equipment with own vehicle.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.


  • Sign-on bonus.
  • $20 - $24/hr, commensurate with experience and skills.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Satisfaction, the IT Technician - Tier 1 will handle a variety of tasks to assure that our clients' technology environments are operating smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with great troubleshooting and analysis skills to provide solutions-based network and computer support for a wide variety of client companies.
