The Legal Intake Assistant is a fast-paced position, answering inbound phone calls, chats, or emails from potential clients responding positively to the company’s extensive advertising (no cold-calling required). The Legal Intake Assistant is the first contact most clients have with the company and as such, we are looking for a candidate with confidence and empathy who displays strong attention to detail. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week - TBD).
Starting wage is negotiable and is dependent on experience and past success at meeting sales objectives. Commission/bonus paid monthly on top of base salary for successful sign-ups.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Intake Assistant gathers information and answers the potential clients' questions before determining if the company can help.
The Legal Intake Assistant then eSigns the caller or makes an appointment.
Qualifications:
2 or more years of sales/customer service experience, with a special emphasis on closing.
Candidates should demonstrate a personable/empathetic phone approach with strong persuasion skills. Telemarketing experience with eSign is a plus, but not necessary.
General computer and data entry skills are also required.
Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus.
