Reporting into the Director of Global Legal Operations, you will be part of the Global Legal Operations team in our Redwood City headquarters. Working with various stakeholders across the Legal department and other departments, the Legal Operations Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the department’s Legal Service Request (LSRs) and Knowledge Management (KM) processes and programs as well as other department initiatives.

We are in the beginning phases of developing and implementing both the Legal Service Request and Knowledge Management programs. For LSRs, we are creating a dynamic “legal front door” that will act as an automated, efficient system for intaking and routing the work of the legal department, providing transparency and tracking of legal requests. KM is the process of effectively collecting, sharing, maintaining, and deploying our organizational knowledge. The KM program will focus on managing the legal departments knowledge and knowledge centers. We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional to join the team and support these important initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Legal Service Requests
+ Support the day-to-day activities relating to the departments LSRs
+ Work with stakeholders to ensure LSRs are being managed timely
+ Support stakeholders in using the LSR application
+ Participate in future LSR implementations and ongoing enhancements
  • Knowledge Management
+ Participate in the departments KM initiative
+ Support the ongoing day-to-day activities relating to the departments KM program
+ Support the departments document management system, iManage
  • Participate in other department initiatives as required
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to anticipate and address issues early
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects for various internal customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
