Manage global implementation of mandatory annual legal department training programs, including assisting with selection of vendors, roll out, tracking and reporting completion rates.
Maintaining and updating the Legal Department Website.
Co-Manage Keysight’s records retention policy, including updating and modifying the policy as needed and overseeing destruction schedules.
Monitor Legal department mailboxes. Respond to inquiries or distribute inquiries to responsible members of the department.
Manage the Company’s Conflict of Interest Disclosure Process.
Review and comment on Confidential Disclosure Agreements.
Manage and maintain the Legal contracts database.
Support litigation including document collection, legal hold processes, data review, new matter set up, prepare quarterly litigation report.
Respond to third party subpoenas.
Provide administrative support were required, including arranging travel, preparing and submitting expense reports.
Job Qualifications
This position requires a paralegal certificate and 5 or more years of business process/project management experience.
Must be able to collaborate across functions, interact with employees at all levels of the organization and influence results.
Must be organized and efficient with the ability to work independently.
Must have demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
Must demonstrate initiative, excellent judgment, strategic thinking.
Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Colorado Pay Range: $58,200-$97,000
Level of role is based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
