Job Description

Data Tek is looking for an experienced Level II IT Technician to provide full IT support for our customers while providing high quality customer service. The Level II IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying and investigating technical issues while providing resolutions to user questions and problems. You will need to diagnose issues and provide solutions for our clients while building strong relationships and helping to retain our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to advance their career in IT and is proficient in both their technical and customer support abilities so we can provide a great customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide a superior customer experience by communicating in a positive, friendly and empathetic manner.
  • Possess the technical expertise required to effectively communicate and troubleshoot product issues.
  • Identify, investigate and provide solutions to client questions and concerns.
  • Make follow up calls to customers as needed.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and and maximize opportunity to build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years technical support experience.
  • In office position.
  • Must be located in the east valley and able to travel within that area.
  • Must have reliable method of transportation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
