Amanda Howard Sotheby's International Realty is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Real Estate Agents.

Ideal candidates for this position are currently licensed or prepared to take their state exam.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to run and grow a successful real estate career and knows how to leverage themselves through people, systems, and tools. They must possess leadership skills, intelligence, and handle pressure well while remaining calm and patient. They must have proven organizational skills including goal setting and planning ability at a leadership level.

If you are an experienced independent Realtor, closed over $3 million in inventory in the last 12 months, and looking to double or triple your business in the next 12 months, we are the brokerage for you.

Our systems/software have been vetted to ensure they are the best in the industry. On average, our agents that complete 12 months with our brokerage average over $7 million in sales volume per year.

Over the past 13 years, we have refined our training programs to fit each individual, no matter where you are in your career. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly training/coaching opportunities. To be successful, you must practice and that's why we have customizable training programs.

Lastly, we provide the opportunity for leads to all of our real estate agents. Our database consists of the best clientele in Northern Alabama, Birmingham, and lower Tennessee. If the leads are in our database, you will have access to them!

Inbound relocation leads are available to all agents in multiple areas of Alabama along with broker-generated leads that are ready to make a move. Training courses, CE's, and round table events are available to all agents!

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture acquired and assigned leads to convert to clients and closings
  • Engage in career-based professional training
  • Represent the brand in your community
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process with world-class treatment
  • Maintain a good relationship with strategic business partners such as lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and escrow companies
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, contracts, purchase agreements, and leases
  • Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services, and advertisements
  • Inspect condition of premises and organize for necessary maintenance or inform property owners of maintenance needs
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have COMPLETED real estate course
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to learn
  • Must be coachable
  • Must have computer skills
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
