The Role
The CMP Pilot Plant Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for preparing and packaging newly commercialized CMP products, operating pilot plant process equipment and characterization tools; executing test plans; maintaining CMP equipment; maintaining inventory of supplies and samples; conducting house-keeping, shipping and product handling.

End of 90 days: 50%
1st shift: $1,000
2nd shift: $1,250
3rd shift: $1,500

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Charges and monitors Pilot Plant process tanks during CMP production.
Sample and test production material as specified on work instructions.
Filter, fill, and package CMP material.
Obtain forklift certification and perform material handling operations as assigned.
Operates in compliance with company safety practices.
Performs other duties as assigned by the CMP Pilot Plant Supervisor.
Correctly document containers processed as required by standard operating procedures, including manual and electronic logs, forms, and labels.
Communicates equipment status and outages to supervisor, as needed for correct, safe operation.
Maintains job associated certifications. Maintain EHS and other facility training to current status.
Assist with operation, quality, and safety reviews, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, documentation, time management, and organizational skills required
Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a team
Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
0-2 years manufacturing experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Person should be comfortable dealing with and handling chemicals
Excellence in understanding and following instructions
Familiarity with common computer software and applications a plus
Experience in operating a forklift and other manufacturing tools a plus
Must have a valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record
