We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities:
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Assist buyers with showings of homes.
Work on listing properties for sale.
Write offers, negotiate transactions, and close them to possession!
Work with sellers wishing to sell their homes. This includes pricing, following up, and negotiating offers. We look after all the marketing for you!
Provide an amazing customer service experience by engaging with clients through telephone, text, e-mail, and social media. We’ll help you learn how to do this at a very high level.
Provide top-notch service to leads provided to you by The FI Team.
You’ll learn how to generate business leads for yourself too! This includes building out your sphere of influence, consistently contacting them, doing open houses, and engaging meaningfully within your community. These are great sources for business and we'll teach you how to do all this too. Plus, you get a better split for these kinds of deals!
Overall your most important job is to build trust and grow relationships so you can help families buy and sell real estate.
Your number one task is prospecting. This means that you should expect to be calling, emailing, and texting into our database of over 30,000 leads approximately 2 hours per day, five days per week.
The second most important task is following up. This is a contact sport! You must be in close proximity to people who wish to buy or sell real estate. Our systems and training make this EASY!
Your success will depend on how much you care, how hard you work, and how coachable you are. We care BIG!
Being coachable is key. We’ll show you the way. You just need to deliver the goods!
You must be flexible. Things are ALWAYS changing in our industry. One of the ways we’ve managed to grow so much over the years is because we've been nimble and open. We’re constantly learning new technology, new strategies, new scripts, and new ways to serve the needs of our valued clients.
Qualifications:
Superb interpersonal and communication skills and friendly “client first” orientation.
Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile.
Great team player who shows up consistently for others. High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience and an established track record of successful real estate sales.
ALSO: no real estate license is required! We’ll train you if you haven’t gotten licensed yet.
You must be eligible for a Colorado real estate license to be considered for this role.
You must obtain your Colorado real estate license for continued employment. Typically this occurs within the first 90 days of being with the Team. Some have done it in as little as 3 weeks.
You definitely need a car and a valid driver's license.
You need to be living in Colorado or be willing to move here. We do NOT have the resources to sponsor your transfer.
