Frontline Realty Group is a small Boutique real estate company in San Diego that specializes in helping our residential Sellers to renovate, stage, and sell their homes as well as help our Buyers purchase homes and income property in San Diego County. We are looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized executive assistant to play a key role on our growing team. The ideal candidate has a current California real estate license, lives in San Diego County, understands the California RPA, Disclosures, and Addendums is proficient with the CRMLS, and has working experience in the real estate industry in San Diego County. The ability to implement our marketing, communication, and social media tasks is a huge plus. This person could be a licensed agent who prefers more administrative tasks than sales, but is willing to help in the field, hold open houses, and assist the team in all aspects of real estate. Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of the CRMLS in San Diego and be able to perform all administrative tasks in regard to working with listings, buyers, searches, and market research.
CRM Database management for clients and all files - Realvolve, By Referral Only
Work in Microsoft Office and Publisher, Canva, Google Docs, Excel, LinkTree
Set up vendor appointments, inspections
Manage transactions, organize & maintain files and oversee transaction coordinator
Start real estate contracts, addendums, and disclosures
Possible Showing Assistant when needed
Open Houses
Client Service & Care
Implement current and past client campaigns and touchpoints
Implement and update all marketing
Request reviews
Create marketing before and after pieces for website and marketing
Organize and maintain all real estate files
Update spreadsheets
Assist in organizing community team events
Work with all team members in a supportive role
Light bookkeeping to assist team bookkeeper
Fieldwork when needed
Set up new listings - MLS, forms, field tasks
Create listing presentations from team templates in Canva
Coordinate and oversee all team project logistics from the office level
Take incoming calls, set up showings, handle client requests for information, compile information, and report to the Broker
Qualifications:
Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Familiar with Microsoft Office This job requires a Current California Real Estate License
