A local mid-market agency is looking for a highly motivated individual for their REMOTE Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager position. Individual should be able to maintain a large, diversified book of business in a fast-paced, team environment.


  • Working with primarily commercial lines
  • Provide exemplary customer service to clients
  • Accurately input policy updates and account information
  • Communicate with client and producer in regards to policy and coverage related questions and information.
  • Prepare new renewals, submissions, rates and RFQ's
  • Ability to market various products
  • Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Desired skills:
  • Property & Casualty Insurance license required
  • Minimum 2 years in commercial insurance
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating
  • Ability to think outside the box with excellent time management skills
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems
  • Experience with agency management software
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Industry designations are a plus
