As Revenue Cycle Integrity Manager, you will be responsible for generating and submitting Medicare, Medicaidand third-party claims. You are also accountable for accounts receivable, collections, cash postings, as well as other miscellaneous billing. This is all in addition to managing a fantastic team of billers we have here at Home Health Care Inc.!
Your knowledge in the billing industry will be able to help trouble shoot any issues that may arise with the payers, portals EFT issues, contracting, and etc. With your keen attention to detail and accuracy this will create a positive impact on your work.
Revenue Cycle Integrity Manager Qualifications:
Prior experience in a revenue cycle department
A College Degree in finance or related field is required
Willingness to work in an office environment Monday-Friday
Vast knowledge of a revenue cycle department, specifically of home healthcare, is necessary
Advanced user knowledge of Excel and EMR systems is necessary
Comfortable or experienced in forming a department and guiding team members
Attention to detail and accuracy must be evident in your work
Professional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are strongly desired
Adaptability to changing priorities and new projects is ideal
Revenue Cycle Integrity Manager Responsibilities:
Maximize reimbursements for the cost of care provided by our clinical staff
Prepare, audit, correct, and submit claims to third-party payers
Monitor insurance aging for red flags and collections
Complete outbound collection calls
Data Entry of patient demographic information
Manage a team of billers
Problem solve any issues that may occur in billing
