The Creative Production Manager is part of Optum Technology’s Communications & Marketing team reporting to the Director of Optum Technology Communications and Marketing. This role is responsible for developing, managing and implementing design strategies and digital assets for all communications channels including but not limited to company intranet and SharePoint sites, awareness campaigns, presentations, digital signage, videos, and interactive guides. Candidate will design and create effective and dynamic graphics and visuals using software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, and various video animation applications. Candidate must be an enthusiastic, creative self-starter skilled at turning text, data and complex ideas into compelling, concise visuals.

Primary Responsibilities:
Use a variety of formats to design and deliver information and training in an engaging way to appeal to a broad employee base
Develop templates and user guides
Design and manage design and architecture of the Optum Technology SharePoint site
Assist with the design of additional OT SharePoint sites, landing pages and collateral
Design video modules
Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations and presentation templates, fact sheets, and that adhere to brand guidelines
Provide graphic design support, guidance and brand governance to Optum Technology teams
Support operational activities, such as the visual display of metrics and reports
Possess interpersonal savvy and the ability to relate to all types of people inside and outside of the organization with diplomacy and tact
Self-starter who takes initiative to research and apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Proven visual design skills and ability to storyboard
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Cloud applications; experience with Articulate Storyline preferable but not required
HTML and Flash programming knowledge preferable

Required Qualification:
5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a creative role with experience designing interactive, online learning modules and knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Bachelor’s degree - desired field of study: Art, Design, Communications

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
