As the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for supporting the HR strategy for the site. This position provides both strategic and operational HR support to leadership. Plans and implements full range human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness through talent management/development processes, succession planning, and job/organization design, talent acquisition, performance/salary management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and positive employee relations. You'll get to:

  • Talent Management Planning and Analysis: Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth.
  • Total Rewards: Manage the site's compensation, reward and recognition program and make sound recommendations that align with overall total rewards strategy.
  • Employee Experience: Drive clear communications and employee engagement throughout the facility by fostering open and honest communication channels.
  • Business Partnering & Employee Relations: Support various business partners by providing human resource advice, counsel, and decisions in relation to performance management, investigations, mediation and coaching to improve effectiveness and engagement of leaders and teams.
  • Workforce Planning & Management: Support business leaders in achieving balanced staffing levels with the volume of work being produced to deliver business results.
  • Learning & Development: Assess training needs, recommend and implement training solutions.
  • Change Management: Act as a change agent to the business and implement processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process standardization and automation and drive appropriate solutions.
Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • At least 7 plus years of progressive HR experience to include leadership
  • Working knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships vertically and horizontally within an organization.
  • Must possess excellent communication, influencing, presentation and leadership skills
  • Results oriented mindset with ability to prioritize and complete projects.
  • Must be professional and customer focused
  • Ability to manage confidentiality at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
