Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting AAA projects with the top publishers in the industry: Project Gemini with Square Enix and Project Dagger with Take-Two (2K), in addition to a new IP to be self-published and two other games in a concept phase. Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Gameplay Programmer who exhibits passion and curiosity in building complex gameplay systems and a desire to lead our 3Cs feature team. At People Can Fly, you will work with some of the industry’s most exciting technology and work alongside talented individuals. Working across multiple departments and in close proximity with design, you and your team will implement elements of combat and character gameplay with a strong focus on the player experience. You will develop and maintain the tools and systems necessary for designers, build complex gameplay mechanics, balance the game and create awesome gameplay experiences.
