We have been engaged to find a Technical Account Coordinator with experience in customer service and order management for commercial products. This role supports multiple field sales staff and customer accounts with order management and fulfillment.
As Technical Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for order entry, order fulfillment and all order management related activities for electrical products and supplied. You will drive customer correspondence by delivering exceptional Customer Service both by phone, email and virtual meetings/conference calls.

Technical Account Coordinator Overview:
Provide customers with high service level via phone and email, able to assess customer satisfaction ratings and feedback
Document activities and customer/field communications through a CRM tool
Facilitate proper and efficient information flow to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental goals
Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests
Develop a deep knowledge base of product information
Prioritize customer demand to assist with improved product flow
Technical Account Coordinator qualifications:
BS degree or equivalent of experience
1+ years of experience in technical customer service with commercial products
Experience in C360 Case Management, Vista, Mentor software and MS Office tools
Hands-on experience using CRM tools and SAP is a plus
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills is a must
