Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience auditing in one of the following: systems auditing, privacy/security, e-commerce, software development, compliance, supply chain, hardware manufacturing, systems integration, or similar.
Experience with project management in risk management or compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
CISA/CISSP/PMP/CIA certification or related experience.
Experience working with internal, external, and/or regulatory body auditors.
Experience with common controls frameworks, risk assessments, vendor security privacy assessments, continuous monitoring automation, and risk tooling.
Experience adding structure in a complex, ambiguous environment, and analytic capacity.
Ability and experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Ability to communicate and review different data types (i.e., PII, SPII, MBD) in the organization.

Responsibilities
Establish an audit support function with Devices and Services Customer Care to assess internal controls within the organization, such as: system access, data/consumer privacy (e.g., PII, MBD), payments, and business process outsourcing (BPO) compliance.
Serve as subject matter expert and single point of contact within Customer Care for internal and external audits.
Create and report out on audit scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations.
Build close partnerships with Internal Audit (IA), xWS (extended workforce solutions), Legal, DSAP (DSPA Security and Privacy), DSPA Global Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to centralize requirements and conduct action planning if needed.
