We are Favor: A wellbeing coalition committed to supporting women and people who menstruate in their health journey. We're bringing together doctors, nurses, dermatologists, pharmacists, patient care advocates, and policy experts to ensure our members feel seen and supported while getting the care they need whenever they want, wherever they are.

Six years ago we started by solving the inherent, unnecessary hassle tied to birth control. We built a new system, because the current one failed us. By creating an accessible, affordable, and convenient experience, we've served more than two million patients nationwide and counting.

Women and people who menstruate have long been dismissed, talked over and often ignored by health providers. At Favor, we know this because many of us have lived it. We're evolving from a single-point solution focused on birth control delivery & reproductive healthcare to a digital health platform that offers prescription skin care, over-the-counter skin care, period care, and other sexual wellness items. We accept most major forms of insurance, Medicaid in select states, and offer affordable out-of-pocket options too. About this job

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Legal will be responsible for all of the Company's legal work as well as oversight of the company's risk management, compliance, corporate/board governance, contracts and licensing/credentialing. You will provide guidance and counsel to leaders of all levels on business transactions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have corporate legal experience, is an empathetic and ambitious manager, and has a familiarity with regulatory work.
